Take 195 West to Exit No. 2 (the South Main Street Exit). Follow South Main Street to your first light at which take a left across the river to the next light. Take a left on to Memorial Boulevard. Immediately after the next light, turn right onto Pine Street (at Cappriccio's Restaurant. Go straight for one block. The Hanley Building (56 Pine Street) will be on the left at the first intersection. McFaddens's Restaurant is on the first floor). Street parking is limited. However, there are several parking garages in the area. The most convenient is the Arcade garage located on Weybosset Street diagonally across the street from the Hanley Building/56 Pine Street.
From the South:
Take 95 North to 195 East. Stay in the right hand lane and take your first exit (Downtown Providence). Stay in the left lane and take your first left (similar to a U-turn) Take your first sharp right onto Peck Street. The Hanley Building/56 Pine Street is at the second STOP sign on your left (McFadden's Restaurant is on the first floor). Street Parking is limited. However, there are several parking garages in the area. The most convenient is the Arcade garage located on Weybosset Street diagonally across the street from the Hanley Building/56 Pine Street.
From the North:
Take 95 South to Exit 22, which is the "Downtown/Route 10" Exit. Bear left on the ramp. At the light, go straight onto Memorial Boulevard. Immediately after going through the 5th light, turn right onto Pine Street (at Capriccio's Restaurant). Go straight for one block. The Hanley Building will be the building on the left at the first intersection. McFadden's Restaurant is on the first floor. Street parking is limited. Just past Equality Park on the right, at the Dunkin Donuts on the corner on the left. Take a right onto Kay Street, this will be the first cross street. At the end of Kay Street, take a left onto Bellevue Avenue. 41 Bellevue Avenue will be on the right. Street parking is available.

Take 95 South to Rhode Island Exit 10, RI-4 S/Col Rodman Hwy. Continue onto US-1/Tower Hill Road. Take the RI-138 E ramp to Jamestown/Newport. Travel over the Jamestown Bridge and continue onto Newport Bridge (toll road). Take the first exit off the bridge RI 238 Scenic S/Downtown towards Newport. Turn right onto RI 138A. Turn right onto America's Cup Avenue, just past historic cemeteries. Travel through downtown Newport and continue onto Memorial Blvd. Turn left onto Bellevue Avenue. 41 Bellevue Avenue will be on the left. Street Parking is available.
